Most of the songs in “The IP Section” and “My Dream’s a Joke: The True Story Behind the IP Section” are original compositions commissioned specifically for these projects. Both episodes also include music that was produced and recorded in the ’80s by show creator Wes Austin’s older brother, Clayton Austin, and his band, Soldier. Soldier’s full album “Say When” is available on iTunes and can be listened to below. Clayton (and Soldier) are featured in “My Dream’s a Joke” as an inspiration to Wes for bucking convention and pursuing his rock ‘n roll dreams in Los Angeles despite coming from small town Utah.

Several other original works were composed and recorded by Micah Dahl Anderson for both episodes.
